Welcome to The Pet Exec! This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders globally through our trusted third-party supplier, CJ Dropshipping.

All products sold on our store are shipped directly from our third-party supplier, CJ Dropshipping, located in China.

We do not hold physical inventory or ship products ourselves.

CJ Dropshipping is responsible for order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping.
2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled by CJ Dropshipping within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be longer.

Please note that The Pet Exec is not responsible for delays caused by CJ Dropshipping or carriers.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders placed with The Pet Exec may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
We currently ship using Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipping methods through our third-party supplier, CJ Dropshipping. This means your local customs authority may require you to pay applicable duties and taxes before releasing your order.
The Pet Exec is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply once your package arrives at its destination. Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled and dispatched by CJ Dropshipping, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

You can track your shipment directly with the carrier using this tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
